What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website we collect the details you type in: your name, organisation, email address, annual income band, the service you need first, and any message you add. If you email us directly, we hold the content of that email and your address.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare for and carry out work for you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and, where you ask us for a quote or a call, taking steps before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Web3Forms, the service that carries the enquiry form submission and delivers it to our email inbox, acting as our processor.
- Our email and IT providers, who host our inbox and files.
- Professional advisers and regulators, only where we are legally required to or need advice.
We do not sell personal information. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law. [Confirm against current provider terms.]
Cookies and fonts
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to reply and, if no work follows, for up to [24 months] afterwards. If you become a client, we keep records for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as the law or good practice requires.
Your rights
